Really happy with my purchase of the signature king size bed. Was delivered within 2 days of ordering, was easy to build and looks amazing. Very fashionable and just what we needed as we live in a small terraced house and the last bed we bought wouldn’t fit up the stairs but this came in 3 small boxes so was no problem at all. Thankyou! Great service.

After doing my research I ordered the Emma Premium Mattress and Signature bed. The whole experience has been excellent, and the product is fantastic. Customer service was exceptional. I wanted to cancel my order and re-order as they had a sale the day after I ordered. They did this immediately no questions asked. Delivery was really fast - three days after ordering. The delivery company were on time, and kept me aware of the delivery slot from the day before. The bed was easy to put together on my own, took about 30 minutes. It looks great, very smart...

Emma Signature Bed and Original Pillows - both excellent

[We first got two Emma original pillows - no issues with delivery or the order - was quick and easy. The pillows were a bit hard but we have removed one layer since and it's great now. It's a perfect height for us too though it's a bit on a firm side but we seem to enjoy it. We've later got Emma Signature Bed. We've got the double one and are extremely pleased with it also. It was easy to put together and it seems very good quality and sturdy structure. I especially love the tiny pockets on the side that perfectly hides our phone chargers. I had no issues with my two orders from Emma so far. I was hesitant to buy the mattress from them and I wanted a firm one and they don't really offer one. I could vouch for the company and genuinely trustworthy. We had no issues so no need to contact their customer service so cannot comment on it but I would imagine it should be just as excellent as their products.

Bedframe

Bedframe arrived promptly and courier was very helpful. Packages were small enough to fit up small stairs to loft conversion. Instructions were clear and bed was easy to assemble. Looks lovely and extremely comfortable.

Excellent bed

Excellent bed, very comfortable but you don't overheat. Good delivery too. Would have no concerns highly recommending it to family and friends (in fact I already have.

We initially used the Emma mattress…

We initially used the Emma mattress with our existing sprung bed base, this combination resulted in being to soft at the edges. When we purchased the Emma bed base we got the full benefit of the Emma mattress. Love it.

Beautifully constructed. So comfortable. I have back problems and had trouble to sleep. Not now I have my Emma mattress and bed. Really impressed.

Product review

I purchased the items bed head board mattress, protector pillows duvet direct from Emma. Items delivered as stated. The purchase and delivery was easy. The packaging was minimal and assembly of the bed was easy all the equipment required was provided and I was able to do it alone. I have the bed for about 6 weeks and I am still getting use to the mattress.

Easy to order, prompt delivery by a courteous team and simple to build once laid out (40 minutes). Bed is lovely and sturdy whilst also looking stylish. The mattress is as comfortable as advertised and I am getting unbroken sleep now as there is no sound from my turning during the night. Highly recommended.
